Good therapists, unfortunately Shin (the manager) is always unfriendly and rude. She is one of the main reasons as to why I do not visit this outlet often. Shin has the ability to greet you with a sulky face and speak to you rudely at the same time - what an accomplishment.
I have been here a few times for foot reflexology. It is quite a small place with just 4-5 chairs. Being in Tanglin Mall, it is a quiet place which is good as you do want some peace while having a massage.
On my last visit last week I tried the volcanic foot reflexology. Hot stones were used to massage the feet and calves. The stones were too hot for my liking and did not have the same effect when used for a body massage.
One thing I don't really like but is used in many other foot reflexology establishment is the use of a puff to powder your feet. I just wonder if they wash the puff after every customer and if it is bacteria infested.
I would still prefer to have the basic foot reflexology in future.
