Same as the below comment, I had a perm treatment at Clementi on 17 th April. Yes the hairstylist seemed to be doing a good job but when I returned home and looked at d mirror I really did not feel any difference at all except the hair being very dry and flying. I had bought a groupon of 58 $ for perming treatment above which I spent 50$ for haircut and bought a cream for curl hair 40+ $ all as advised by the stylist which all went for a toss. I am absolutely disappointed

Did rebonding using groupon at the sunset way branch and top up for added services ( treatment and hair dye) last Sun. After wash, some curls returned. Called studio to see if i can come down sat for touch up and was told can only come back for review mon- wed before 4pm which means customers will need to take time off from work. After sales service really need to be look into. Reason why i bought groupon for xpect is because i was impressed with the service at novena branch but seems that service level is just not universal.
I was at xpect (sunset). Said i wanted to cut my hair.. sat down and waited for 40mins.. no service, no drinks, no hairwash before hand.. no conversation made to me as well.. another walk-in customer just came in and they started to entertain him. He got his hairwash, drinks and haircut immediatedly..i walk off the shop immediately. Horrible!
