I call to confirm my appt and encounter so call this stupid fellow who pick up the call who seem irritated n unfriendly tone . My conversation between him make me pissed off . He sound arrogant and told me off if I'm not happy can call Groupon to cancel the deal as he don't care less about the biz .
This make me feel insulted that we are cheapo customer to buy the deal online . I would basically think the stupid boss or manager need to be brainwash and cultivate his behavior toward his customers. Totally not acceptable
It's ridiculous how they put the offer on Groupon, yet absolutely refuse to answer the phone for a whole week after telling people to make reservations. Do not waste your time with such a business.
I find that this is extremely irresponsible. At least a notice should be sent out to customers, should the shop not be open for Chinese New Year break or other events. To go completely MIA after advertising a deal is poor planning in its entirety. It does not make sense that effort has been made to update the Facebook page with selfies, yet no accountability was made to clients on this page.
Please do consider this feedback and improve on providing your clients with better experiences, thank you.
