I followed my brother to the salon today and it was a terrible experience. A middle aged lady or auntie is the hairdresser. She was so rough and unprofessional in designing the so called creative cut. And because she is too short in heels she even requested by a brother to tilt down and sit in a awkward position. And that's not all, she was so rude as if she is paying us to cut the hair. She has a bad temper and keep raising her voice when we commented on the outcome of the hair. She didn't put in any effort to cut the hair. Don't ever step into the salon if she is the hairdresser. She was so proud and even bragged about her 10 years professional hair Salon experience. Total bullsh*t! Don't ever patronage her anymore! She even complained that the hairstyle is out of shape is because of my brother's hair and not due to her skills.
Conveniently located right in the middle of UTown at SR building, HairInfinity is a huge draw amongst students looking for a quick fix, and value hunters alike. Dollar for dollar, it definitely is value-for-money. the stylists are experienced and are always readily available to offer advice. The 4.90$ express cut is especially popular, and rightly so- for the price one normally pays at a mom&pop barber shop(and half the price of EC House), you get a haircut from professionals.
On the flipside though, the facilities are basic to say the least, and there is almost always a queue. Due to the absence of even a rudimentary queueing system(the likes of which are common in other crowded areas), waiting for your haircut can prove quite frustrating.
On the whole however, I would definitely reccomend hairinfinity for its convenience, value and quality haircuts
