Anyway, yesterday 28th October, I went for my Charcoal facial at Sengkang branch, located conveniently outside the MRT exit.
When in to the facial room, the lady told me no need to change to their facial gown as mine is only using the machine no massage and extraction, extraction need to top up $18, Ms. Sally explained to me patiently.
So of course I opt for a top up, don't save $18 just because you have a budget. $18 can buy a dress or top = clean pores!!
Then we proceed for facial and cleaning, (sorry no photo as it's not a planned write up). The diamond peel scrub they did for me is Good, my facial got 'lighten' hehehe
The lady told me to change as they checked, there is a shoulder massage for this facial (at least they bother to check)
Then after detail extraction by Ms.Elva she even tell me it will be painful, and gently help me extract. Pain level: 2.5/3. It's like small ant bite kind of feeling.
Then we proceed for charcoal facial they will use machine, and there is a sound 'tap tap tap', of course got a charcoal smell. I thought they using fire to burn my skin, of course at first abit worried because first time doing this but the end result is good!
Over all the result I get from this facial: minimise open pores and reduce scars, reduces acne and blackheads, (surprisingly my blackhead is cleared) Clear pores and there is luminous glow with their Brightening Facial (in the end the lady told me it's the result of their diamond peel that gives a glow which cost $128, if I'm not mistaken, the smell is good! But too bad I'm tempted, but I just bought facial product recently.
Service by Ms. Elva : She doesn't give you a feeling as if she is rushing to go home, detail explain on what are the procedure she is doing, and let me check on the mirror to see few of the procedure result.
Service by Ms Sally: She explained to me on the packages they offered, not pushy and she offer me other options of packages they have. I mean I felt comfortable with them after all it's a package I still need to go back rite, if I felt worried,
